Cellulite Enemy #1

Is there a “Magic Pill?” A quick fix women can turn to to minimize cellulite?  Nope, no magic pill ~ I wish! But there’s a series of things to can do that with consistency WILL minimize the appearance!  Here’s a few key things to try…

1.
Off to the drug store, what should I purchase????  Olay Body Smoothing Concentrate Cream Gel Combining Olay concentrated Aqua Vitamin Complex with caffeine and ginseng, this nourishing formula continuously plumps and lifts surface skin cells with moisture, leaving the skin wall stronger and smoothing its surface texture. Give it 4 weeks to see final results. Cost…$8.99

2.
Scrub the skin with a bristle brush or loofah. Brush in slow sweeps, always toward the heart.  You can add in Olay’s Body Exfoliating Scrub with Sea Salts and Microbeads for an affordable $3.99 Try to do this at least 5 min. a day. CONSISTENCY is the secret!

GOSSIP:
Some models are using their morning coffee grounds to massage their cellulite areas! The main ingredient in expensive cellulite creams is caffine, so it makes a lot of sense.  Lay some newspapers underneath you to catch the grounds that fall to the floor. Cost...FREE if you already drink coffee @ home!

3.COPY The expensive herbal wraps offered by spas
.  Mix a cup of corn oil with 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice and 2 teaspoons dried thyme. Massage into hip, and butt areas. Cover with plastic wrap to lock in body heat. For extra results, lay a heating pad over each area for about 5 min.

4. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies (preferably raw) & Keep away from processed foods

5.Drink lots of water to cleanse cells of toxins & Stay away from carbonated beverages (even low calorie ones) & alcohol, which negatively affects the liver, the body's main detoxifier and filter

6. Try to walk or jog at least 3 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes with MBT’s! Meet the world's most celebrated shoe... Like an invisible personal trainer, they subtly strengthen and engage, increasing blood flow to 'problem areas' every moment you have them on. They tone muscles, better your balance, improve posture, help varicose veins and—God save the Queen—have been known to swiftly sack cellulite. One British reporter measured a 50% reduction in a month.

7:SEX:  Studies are revealing that women who have sex regularly find their skin tone is better! This is due to the level of estrogen being raised and may explain the "glow" these happy people exude.

TRAVEL LIKE A SUPAH STAR! TIPS ON WHAT TO PACK

TRAVEL CANDLES:

  • One packaged in a metal tin travels best!
  • Handy stand-by if you lose electricity.
  • Small votive size candles barely take up room
  • The wax can help to loosen up sticky zippers.
  • Note in carry-on bags, DO NOT pack matches, lighters, tweezers or scissors. Airport security will confiscate them.

DISPOSABLE RAIN PONCHO:

  • Cost around $1 and fit into your back pocket when unopened.
  • Great for attention if you become lost in an uninhabited area.
  • Can be crunched up in a resealable bag and used again

DRYER SHEETS:

  • An easy way to keep luggage smelling fresh
  • Great to fight static cling: rub over hair & on body.

BEAUTY TIP:
Olay Regenerist Eye Derma-Pod Anti-Aging Triple Response System $24.99
It’s triple action system at work!

  • Resurfaces skin around your eyes
  • Regenerates surface cells, fights lines
  • Decongests puffiness

RESEALABLE BAGS:
Zip lock baggies in a variety of sizes are great to…

  • Store soiled clothes
  • Keep skin and hair care products from leaking
  • Transport souvenirs like sea shells, rocks and small momentos home

PACK LIGHT:

  • If you love the environment and are eco-friendly, pack light.  The less weight the airplane carries, the more you are helping prevent extra carcinogens emitted from jet fuel.

CLASSIC TRAVEL CLOTHING:

  • A ¾ length, belted trench coat is light enough in warmer climates & perfect to use over layers in cooler weather.  You always looked polished with this piece!
  • Shift dress:  zips up the back, add a pair of ballet flats and you are good to go both day and night.  Plus it flatters a multitude of figures.
